Crashes. Test customization does not work. Pre configured tests do not align with the test results I get from lab. Asking for refund

I have Rheumatoid Arthtitis, a life long sentance, so I need something to track my medical history because I dont just have a Family Physician, I also have specialists. I already loved the iPad app and this is a great companion app, or visa versa, either way you slice it. It works with iCal, I love that I can keep track of all of my appointments and Doctors. For someone who doesnt have chronic conditions and multiple doctors and specialists then this might be a bit much. But with my medical history I think it is more than worth the $ 20.00. I suggest a buy for this app if you have a complicated medical history. Cant wait for the update to fix iCould sync. As far as I see that is the only thing missing, although the other option to share between devices isnt all that complicated to use, so I dont miss iCloud to much. Keep up the great work Hyrax Inc. I look forward to updates.

Ive tried various medical databases and this was the best for organizing my data. I dont want my data available for data mining so this is the best option for keeping data private. Syncing with dropbox was a bit slow in previous versions but it is working faster now so I can have my data with me on my iPhone.

Been using v2.2 on my MBP for a few weeks now. I do like how it is focused on medical tracking/information storage specifically, so much better than trying to use Excel to keep all this info together. There are still a few areas needing improvement, though: - The app unexpectedly quits after you create a new test result. When you re-start, however, your new test result is present, not lost (which is good). - Id like the ability to zoom out the graphs (you can only zoom in, or go back to full screen display) so that you can see where your results are versus any high/low benchmarks. - Needs better integration of copy/paste functions (e.g., you cant copy a column of numbers from a table and then paste it into MyMedical; you must create a separate CSV file and use their Import function). - Finally, theres no auto-update feature, so you need to manually check online to see if a new version has been released. All that being said, Ill probably continue using the app for now.

I thought i could centralize my medical notes with this app, but it is such a pain to use that it is easier to keep everything in regulary files or in a folder in evernote. The app is buggy, syncing through DropBox is crappy, design is outdated. Waste of money.

not even open anymore: never! (since junuary 2016) Wrote many times to Hyrax: never get a come back! Apple should do something more in that kind of cases than collect the profits without paying their taxes where they should! They take off the iCloud sync advantage in the capacities of the app. It is about time because it never work...or never work on a long period of time... Still impossible to personalize the app, witch is for me a very big gap, like were do I put my chimio treatments, were I can put my medicals visits because there not always to the doctors office, but 2 times a week for the next 4 months at least at the hospital, in this case were do I put the department, the floor and the door number, and so on......... To do everything I need more than one app...but it could be and should be in this one... $1.99 will be OK for this app and even less because it is not ussefull because it nissing to much possibility... I like to use an app like this but I dont use it anymore... previous: 1- sync still doesnt work with iPad/iPod/iCloud like they said and it never work properly like it was advertised and supposed to work when I bouth it few months ago 2- we should be able to add some details when and where we want them 3- we should be able to add sections, categories and so on...

I like it very much. That’s what I look for. Recently I have been finding the same app, but the icon didn’t attract me. So after long search I decide to install My medical and I’m not disappointed! It’s very useful app. But change the icon, if it’s possible :-) Thanks.

Feels like someone put a lot of effort into creating what should be a great product, then left after cashing in? Sync just does not work between Mac and iOS devices. Web page is little help here. Dropbox works, but iCloud has been up and running for some time now. Just needs more love. As a physician, you could simply do a lot better. Sve your money until this app gets on it’s feet here.

I like the program, but it only sync’s through Dropbox and I refuse to use or pay for Dropbox, It I do not like. I will find a program to use that will sync through iCloud.

App will not store data in iCloud or iCloud Drive so it can be accessed across other OS and iOS devices.

I can keep all my families medical records in one central location and push it out to our many ios devices. I would like to see a feature that merges records instead of replacing them. I would recommend this app for those with children.

I needed to move my personal health record out of Google and thought this app would be Mac friendly. However, am rather dissatisfied. It is not as intuitive as one would think from the ad. Clicking around to find things and open and close fields is dangerous as info is easily and permenantly deleted without warning. There are no prompts and labels are lacking so clicking around to navigate is all one can do to use this app. This is concerning considering that I dont access my PHR all that frequently and am bound to delete things when I return to use it again :( Also, while there is a field to enter the normal ranges of a lab test, it is overwritten if the test is repeated making this feature uniformative with repeated tests. When entering medications, there is no way to move something by just reclassifying it to say, a dietary supplement. Rather, the info must be deleted and then reentered. There are very few commands in toolbar to work with. Overall, way too expensive for what it offers.

Ive used My Medical on my iPhone and iPad since both apps were first released. They have been very helpful for retrieving medical information right in the doctors office or examining room. Tracking data like cholesterol results is excellent, even viewing it graphically. After the purchase, I was able to sync the existing data on my iDevices to my MacBook Pro in seconds. The developer is working on iCloud integration which will result in even more simplified automatic syncing. I thought that data entry would be simpler on a Mac app. I was correct. This app makes it much easer to quickly add additional details, especially after a doctor visit. With much faster entry, I decided to add a profile for my 91 year-old dad who only recently became ill. Within minutes, I had his hospitalizations, test results, meds, insurance, Medicare, diagnoses, etc. entered for quick reference. If youre looking for an effective way to track your medical data or that of someone you love, this is the app you need. Nothing else comes close to its quality, especially when you consider the integration with iDevices. This is a 1.0 Release. Based on my experience with the iOS versions, the developer will be pushing out frequent updates which make this even better. One last thing - I have contacted the developer with questions or suggestions in the past and gotten immediate responses. The developer is a medical doctor himself which lends credibility and expertise to this excellent application. He takes pride in his apps and it shows.

First time using and I just spent 45 minutes entering data - very tedious - but knew it would be useful. THE PROGRAM CRASHED - all data I entered was lost. Not gonna do that again - its like putting more money in the vending machine when it didnt work the first time. Just not worth it. I want my money (or my time) back.

Today I downloaded My Medical for my Mac. I was so impressed with this software that I purchased the iphone and iPad versions of this application. Whats great is that you can send data to all of your devices. I was amazed at what this application can do. I am going to use this application to track my familys medical history and whats great is that I will have my medical history with me at all times. Well developed application. Highly Recommended.

I just downloaded this app (program) to my computer and wanted to write my support. I worked in medical office over 30 years and know that up-to-date information on patients is vital to that patients well being. But if you go to the ER with current and past records you will assist the doctors in a quicker treatment plan, and keep doctors performing duplicate and cosly test that may have been done days before. Keeping a hard copy and carrying it around with you is nonsyncial if you have an 87 year old mom and a handicap sister. (I did that in the past with my late husbands oncology records.) The only draw back to this program, is that IT WILL TAKE TIME TO ENTER ALL THE PERTINATE DATA. But you and I know when you go into the Er. There are times that test may not have made it to the patients records and if it means life or death to your precious family member…. so then you will have spent time wisely by entering all current medical information. I will now download this program to my Ipad. because I keep that with me always.

Ive been using My Medical on my iPad for some time and was so impressed that I loaded it on my iMac and again was impressed. It was very easy to export the informaton from my iPad to the version on my iMac. Since I am no longer restricted to the virtual keyboard on my iPad to enter information I started filling in the blanks with the nice to have information as well. In the process I found four recommendations to include in future versions of the software. First change name of the Physicians catagory to Providers. Instead of limiting this category to physicians, open it up to all the other medical providers such as pharmacies, clinics, dentists, physical therapists, etc., that are part of an individuals medical team. The second thing on my wish list is a place to attach a document under Advance Directives - much like under Diagnoses. Then I will have the document immediately available if it should be needed. Third, I had some important information that did not logically fit in the predefined data fields so it would have been nice to have been able to add user defined fields as needed. In the meantime I used empty predefined fields. And fourth, Add a catagory for the "Social History" (marriage status, smoking habits, drinking habits, occupation, illicit drug use, etc,) that are always asked when you see a new provider. If these improvements are incorporated, this will truly be a 5 star app. In the meantime I will keep using the app. It makes managing my medical history and that of family members so much easier now because it is consolitated and digital.

I have this app on all my devices and now my iMac & Macbook pro. It is so helpful, I use it all the time and so many times Ive had doctors and hospitals ask me what app it is, they are impressed too. I cant wait for the update to come, soon I hope, so everything will sync with iCloud ! That will be AWESOME !!!!!!

I considered several medical record apps for my computer, many more expensive than this one, and Im very happy I decided on this one. I recommend it to everyone as it is very complete and has space for all the information I need. In my opinion it is very intuitive and well thought-out and it is clear that much attention was given to its design. I just got the iPhone My Medical and I love how I can send the information to it. It works seamlessly. My one request would be if the iPhone app and the computer app synced information automatically. I emailed the developers about this and I received a response almost instantly that the apps will sync in the next update. Very good support too.

I love this app and now that it syncs with iCloud it is wonderful. Works just like the developers said.
