Sync Kills the idea
The sync is what kills this platform. There are several items that are great and there are some areas that need improvement, however, it is understandable that those standard improvements that would come with dot releases have not been forthcoming because the developer is dealing with sync issues.
My experience has been one of ups and downs. I have the iPad, iPhone, and Mac versions of the software and am using Dropbox sync. However, just as others have mentioned on the reviews, the sync created a duplicant person for each person of record I had. Then when I tried to delete one, it erased both. Now, I have no data, and because they fixed the Dropbox sync so that it now happens almost simultaneous, all of my data was deleted from all my devices. I was able to get the data back, but I still have duplicates in my records. It is very frustrating as these sync issues have plagued the product from the beginning. It has the potential to be great, but for now, the data is safer in just a storage account like Evernote, than itemized like I want to in My Medical. If they fixed the sync I would give it 4 stars with the chance to improve.
