Responsive Customer Service but All Data Lost

Usability: *** or ***** It would be nice if there could be more customization, and if there was a way to connect with other EMR’s.
Reliability: * all data lost. After troubleshooting, new data will not save reliably.
Support: They tried and were prompt, but perhaps the app needs more safety nets to ensure that lost data is automatically synced with DropBox, ideally at least two other locations.
I appreciate the concept, the effort and the support, but this software is too high risk for me.
