Might be great stand alone but no auto sync or iCloud!

They tell you to buy the ipad app from Itunes to get he icloud sync capability. however once installed they tell you its disabled becuase of APPLE icloud instability issues. Well manual import export is not so hot - need data in both places without having to think about it.

Looks like a nice stand alone app for if thats what someone is looking for. Uninstalled.
