Very good app - but…...

This is a good app that comes close to providing all my needs.
My wish list includes:
1. An ability to add and edit general information items other than limiting the edit capability to Test Results. Nor all providers are physicians. Some are hospitals, clinics, dentists, etc.
2. Include "Prescribing Physician" as an item when listing medications.
3. Increase speed of loading office visits. Many of us use this app because of a rather extensive medical history. Numerous office visits seems to result in slow loading.
