Excellent for tracking personal medical information

I have been looking or an application where I can input and keep track of my medical history. My Medical is that application. I just recently downloaded it for my MAC and have expanded it to my iPhone and iPad.

I have an extensive medical history as I had breast cancer, various surgeries and hospitalizations, etc. It is nice to be able to put all my history in one local data base where I can instantly retrieve it. Once I get past the initial inputting of information, Im sure it will be an application I will utilize on a regular basis.
