Too unsophisticated to serve as a PHR over time

I needed to move my personal health record out of Google and thought this app would be Mac friendly. However, am rather dissatisfied. It is not as intuitive as one would think from the ad. Clicking around to find things and open and close fields is dangerous as info is easily and permenantly deleted without warning. There are no prompts and labels are lacking so clicking around to navigate is all one can do to use this app. This is concerning considering that I dont access my PHR all that frequently and am bound to delete things when I return to use it again :(

Also, while there is a field to enter the normal ranges of a lab test, it is overwritten if the test is repeated making this feature uniformative with repeated tests. When entering medications, there is no way to move something by just reclassifying it to say, a dietary supplement. Rather, the info must be deleted and then reentered. There are very few commands in toolbar to work with. Overall, way too expensive for what it offers.
