Where is the support?

I’ve been using My Medical on my iMac for a few years because it’s perhaps the only real PHR available for Mac / iOS. As others have noted, the workflow and data entry could use some work, but the basics are there. There is a lot of potential.

My major concern now is that I’ve recently added the iOS app and the Dropbox syncing is not working across devices. The app keeps trying to setup a new chart file in my Dropbox, rather than take up the existing data already from my Mac. I have emailed for support 3 times and gotten no response. I’m guessing they’ve stopped developing this, but to not even answer an email is pretty disappointing after being a regular user.

If this product is no longer being developed, it needs to be removed from the App store.
